Hannigram - Scalpel

Situation suggest by anime-lover-1997 ("how about drawing Will on the ground without his shirt and Hannibal tracing a scalpel at his stomach (Will looking lost,Hanni caring")).
Sorry for the faces, especially Hannibal face... I don't know why but today I'm not at the top. Tomorrow will go better.
