How Hannibal discovered Will's lycanthropic nature? And what was his reaction?

Asdrubale, a new Will's dog, bit him. Asdrubale is not a normal dog, but an hybrid with a werewolf... so, his bite can turn a human into a lycanthrope. Knowing this is important to know how Hannibal discovered Will's lycanthropic nature. And this because Hannibal discovered it before than Will himself.

After the bite of Asdrubale, Will began to feel ill, experiencing some symptoms that resembled those of brain fever: Intense heat, mild dizziness, lack of strength. Scared of falling ill a second time, Will asked Hannibal to diagnose, due to its acute sense of smell, if it was brain fever, but Dr. Lecter had no doubts and immediately recognized the symptoms: lycanthropy.
Luckily Hannibal had read countless books on the subject and for some strange reason knew werewolves, so instead of being scared, he helped Will to pass unharmed the delicate period of the first full moon.

QUESTION 1
The question, done by heartofhannigram on Tumblr, was "How would wolf!Will react if he'd see Hannibal in danger (for example if a man tries to murder him)?"
The right answer is "Will would hurt (and probably eat) very very much that person".

QUESTION 2
Another time a question from marillon954 . A really sassy, awkward question XD
It was: Lycan Will will ever have some puppies with a she-wolf?
And the answer... well, you can read it. Remember that Will is a person and not simply an animal.

The question, done an anonymous on Tumblr, was "Has Hannibal trouble with making Will take a bath when he's in his werewolf form ;3?"
The right answer is "No. Will has trouble not-making a bath to Hannibal".

And so I decided to do a colored sketch, not simple a black and white one!

The next question, another time by marillon954, was about weight, height and glasses of Will after lycan transormation.
