So, here is it what we need to know about Plant!Hannibal (and the other human plants) and his creator, the awesome Will Graham.
Inspired by an Hannibal alternative universe called "Little Shop of Cannibals" and created by stupidcrown on Tumblr ( stupidcrown.tumblr.com/ ) that I expanded and changed in my role play games with my sister and friends.
So, now I'm satisfied of the result. I know, I can do better, but I wanted only to illustrate a little this universe, not to explain everything... I can expand this AU later. You can expand this AU later.

In the future, I want to do "reference sheets" even with the other alternative universes. It's funny to illustrate other worlds.

Greek myth AU 1

Another Hannibal AU, one of my favorites ;)
This was born when we saw the beautiful@camilleflyingrotten's hannistag comics, but while her AU is settled in the present, we decided that Will would have been an ancient Greek faun (a strange faun, in fact, with antlers and stag hooves) and Hannibal a dangerous killer, a wendigo that came from the very far America and that pretended to be a faun (the biggest faun ever seen, probably, and with the sharpest teeth) to approach Will.  They'll become best friends... and maybe something more, uh uh. Just, they don't know the word nakama XD
And Alana? She's a nymph (and Will's best friend... and lover).

Uncle Hannibal and Marlon collection

Inspired by THIS post on Tumblr. I had to illustrate it.
Marlon is Margot and Will's son (if he had survived). The inspiration comes by the Tumblr posts of elvisqueso whom created absolutely adorable AU and headcanons!

Palette challenge #25 - Deal

Requested by gabrielsangel May I request a picture of Octo!Hanni coaxing Mer!Will into his deal. Palette #8


"It is all there," The warlock's voice hit his ears. "Sign your name if you wish or leave me be. I have many clients to see and I'd rather not keep them waiting.

A lie, of course. But a small one. There would be others who would come to see them, but he needed the young man to make his choice soon… or at least, before he could change his mind. 

The merman stare down at the scroll, watching the ink spill out his fate. One voice, a small token in exchange for the chance to be with the human his heart adored. A week's time. More than enough, or so Hannibal had said. He could feel it, his chance was right there. If he left now, every chance he'd ever have to be with Alana might vanish forever. No, not might, it would. He had the chance to gain legs, Alana could never have a fin. 

And wasn't it better this way? How could he face his father again after what he'd done. Shame? No, He'd never feel bad for learning the ways of humans. Anger? Could he be angry at his father forever? No, that was impossible. This was was better. He still had six sons, all who loved him, adored him, feared the human world as he did. 

What was one less son? Will pressed the quill to the scroll, the ink capturing his signature.

Mermaid AU - Will's fate

Will in his big family, the royal family, in the arms of the king, Jack.
Will, who has not one single possibility of becoming king himself, is crowned king by the sea warlock, Hannibal.
Strange fate the one of this little merman... 



"I'm tired of waiting!" One of the brothers chirped. "I want to see him now!"
"You'll see him soon," Another said, ruffling the merboy's hair. "Babies require rest and he is barely a few days old."
"That's still old enough! I want to see my brother! Maybe he'll have a green tail, like me!"
"Father said he has a blue tail," The eldest said. "A sign of wisdom. He'll be a fine prince."
"I just- FATHER!!" Two of the younger sons swam up beside the king, circling him with smiles on their faces. "Can I see him now father?" One of them tugged on his cloak. "Please!?"
The king gave his sons a gentle smile and lifted one finger to his lips, a motion for silence. The other four princes came to their father's side, looking down at the tiny being now nestled in his father's arms.
"Everyone, this is William." He said softly.
The boys came closer, looking down at the tiny merboy. With a fine blue tail and black hair, he resembled their mother closely. The little boy looked up at all the faces, suddenly realizing he was no longer alone with his father. He buried himself in his father's arms, uncertain.
"No need to be scared, little one," The king said. "Come meet your family."
The boy poked his head out, looking at his brothers. His face was still and uncertain… but after one of his brother's drew close, smiling at him, the baby managed a little grin. His first. 
The boys cheered, all of them wanting to hold their brother. It became their bond. Even when Will could find no reason to smile, his brothers managed to make him laugh…..


Just like Alana.

But they weren't here now. None of them. Just him, his father… and the creature he'd promised himself to. He couldn't bare to look upon his father, not now. Not after all he'd done. Will refused to show his hate.  Not for his father, not even for Hannibal. But for himself.
"What will you do with my son?" He heard his father's voice, once so still, now on the verge of trembling.
"Your kingdom has returned to its rightful ruler," Hannibal said simply. "But I am not in a position to sit and play king. There is far too much to be done. Hence," Will felt him draw closer, a smooth hand brushing up against his neck…. Something cold and forgien upon his brow. Something that was never supposed to belong to him.
The crown.
"Will shall act as my king. Relay my laws and enact my reforms. It is only right that his tongue now speak for me."
His father's honor. His brother's Throne. Alana's Love. 
Hannibal had destroyed all of these… and Will had allowed it to happen.

Preller Spy AU

"The streets of DC in the summer are hot and sticky, as if the pavement has been newly tarred over only moments before you step on them. Brian dislikes being so far south at this time of year - he could be swimming in the cool clear waters of the Mediterranean, or walking through the shopping district of Toronto, watching Canadians take advantage of their socialized medicine by being extremely nice to unruly tourists. Instead, he's stuck here in the blistering heat, waiting on a cab to take him to the corporate headquarters of Crawford Bioengineering."

 

"He called for a taxi ten minutes ago, and the driver assured him it would be less than fifteen minutes until it arrived. The nice thing about having your trip comped by a multi-millionaire is that you don't have to sweat and stretch with the rest of the normal folk for a yellow cab. You can dial a number on your phone (burner, paid for in cash), give them a debit card number (untraceable, routed through three different fake accounts, changes every week) and be whisked away to wherever you wish to go.

The cab pulls up not two minutes later, and Brian slides into the back, giving the address to the driver before asking that the privacy window be raised."

 "Brian turns to see a tall, imposing figure (probably 6'2" , 245- no 250 pounds? African-American, no, don't know if he's of African descent, definitely does some body building on the side, early 50s-) dressed in a plain black suit, hands tucked into his pockets, eyes wandering over and measuring Brian up"

 

""Dr. Bloom, Mr. Ackerman is here to see you," she calls. He hears rustling from inside the room, and the door opens. A fairly tall, petite brunette woman smiles at him, dressed in a red and black polka-dotted blouse, and a sleek black pencil skirt."
 

""Ahem," Alana says, and the two of them finally turn to look at Brian. "This is Brian Ackerman. He's the new IT consultant we discussed last week?"

"Right, right." Beverly tosses down the screwdriver she was holding and steps over, wiping lubricating oil off of her hand and holding it out to shake. "Nice to meet you. You any good with hardware construction or are you more of a software guy?""

"They keep going on about solutions to salvage the motherboard, and on the one hand, it's interesting tech jargon, but on the other, Brian's curious about the third person in the room, a tallish, grey-haired man leaning against one of the desks, swiping across a tablet screen with his thumb. He appears to be reading something, chewing on a pen, solid brown pupils zipping across the screen, but the tension of his shoulders tells Brian that he's paying complete attention to this introduction."

"There's a rustle, and time comes to a standstill as Price presses the smooth, cold metal of a pistol against his forehead. Brian freezes, fearful adrenaline coursing through him, eyes focusing, finally, on the gun. Price has a neutral expression on his face. There's no hint of uncertainty, and it's terrifying to behold how emotionless he seems holding a gun to another person's head. Holding another person's life in his hands.

"Lecter told me to kill you the moment I knew who you were," Price says. "I'm glad I didn't listen to him." He cocks the barrel, and Brian closes his eyes."

 

"Later, much later, Brian rolls over to see Jimmy twirling the USB stick between his fingers.

"Here," Brian says, grabbing his tablet out of his briefcase. "Let me see."

"I took a peek at it this morning," Jimmy says as Brian plugs the stick into the device. "Look for the folder named Project 37."

Brian opens the folder and looks at the file names: "Prototype 1," "Prototype 2," "Gentic Marker Formula 1.26.1", and half a dozen other PDF files. He feels a weight on his shoulder, glances back to see Jimmy pressed against his back, peering at the screen."

And so I decided to do a colored sketch, not simple a black and white one!

Hannibal High School AU

Art trade with the awesome Rugi-chan . It was fun, but really hard to draw! Because, you know, I was insecure about how Will and Hannibal look as teenagers... and I can't draw teenagers XD
But I'm now satisfied by the result.

Hannibal as Dionysus with one of our original characters, Be, a little satyr, one of our OCs. Dionysus was the god God of the Grape Harvest, Winemaking, Wine, Ritual Madness, Religious Ecstasy, and Theatre in Greek mythology.
