Una butilia

"Maybe you want to say "Bottiglia", madame? Una bottiglia, right?"

 I'm Italian and I assure you that for an average Italian understanding what Bedelia says is not immediate: she has a terrible accent (unlike Hannibal, which is much more clear and understandable in Italian ... I know, it's weird, but it's true!)
In the last vignette, the Italian merchant says "I am ruined. And now who understands this Polish woman?"
